Collectible from family (rate differential): your private wrap is $40.00/day ($200.00/wk ÷ 5). Minus the FTV base rate of $21.09 = overage of $18.91/day, plus the $0.00 co-pay = $18.91/day · $94.55/week — if permitted by your fee policy & ELC agreement.

Non-VPK calendar days (breaks, planning days, after 540 hrs): child reverts to the regular FT schedule — $29.00 − $0.00 co-pay = $29.00/day. No VPK funds on those days.

Wrap hours use DEL's day definitions (FT = 11 hrs, PT = 5.99 hrs), not your program's actual hours of operation. Coalitions may round the wrap rate slightly differently; verify against your Reimbursement Detail Report (FTV/PTV schedule) in the Provider Portal.

Overage collection must match the private rates recorded in your provider profile and your posted fee policy. Adjustment requests are generally due within 60 days of reimbursement (July–April) or by July 25 for May–June.
